Photography As Abstract – Autumn

Today I’m showing another of my abstract photos. If you want to see the other posts with abstract photos, please click here.

This photo was taken about two weeks ago. The subject was the same autumn leaves that I posted a still image of earlier (you can view the post here). Can you see the connection between the two photos?

To me, today’s image speaks of fall and how quickly the leaves can change. I like the warm colors in the image and the blue of the sky.

Taken with my 105mm lens at f/36 at a shutter speed of 1/13, while I moved the camera in a diagonal motion.

    • Thanks, Nandini! I’ve been looking at abstract paintings lately, and they can really design those things with different shapes, and in my head, I’m trying to figure out how to do that with photography in these types of abstracts, without lots of post processing. 🙂
