Photography as Abstract – Circular Motion

Here’s another of the abstracts I’ve been doing. If you want to see the other images/posts in the series, please click here and here.

I took this image back in October when I was focusing on moving abstracts. It’s been sitting waiting to post, and it’s time has now come. (:

This image is a simple strand of trees with some blue sky. I moved the camera in a lot of different ways, and for this image, it was in a circular motion. I ended up turning the image from a horizontal to a vertical one, as I think it gave the image more power.

Shot with my 35-70mm lens at f/22 and a shutter speed of 1/13, while I moved the camera in a circular motion

I’m so sorry that I haven’t been visiting other blogs, but I’ve been really busy. I’ll be back home next week, but I’m going to be busy with paying work, so hopefully, I can get back to visiting everybody’s blog. All my best and thanks for visiting my blog!

  46. I think this is very interesting. Especially since the blue is in the bottom corner. One would expect the blue to be at the top and then the colors to fade into the greens. Very nice surprise. ✿
