A Simple Pretty Flower for a Sunday – 21

Here’s a photo I took at the end of October. There were still some flowers around even after the snow earlier in the month. This one was taken at the Round House here in Santa Fe, better known to outsiders as the New Mexico State Capitol. I was just strolling through the area, and found a pot with flowers in it, and I began to see what I could get.

I don’t know what this flower is (anybody?), but my eye just liked the intricate nature to the flower. And it just seemed a good pick for today, especially for us who don’t have the benefit of Nature bringing us Spring yet.
